Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access.  
These access data are evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the site and improving our offer. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. We reserve the right to check the server log files subsequently if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Hosting Services by a Third-Party Provider
As part of a processing on our behalf, a third-party provider provides the services for hosting and displaying the website. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. All data collected in the course of using this website or in the forms provided in the online shop as described below are processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the framework explained here.  
This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing and When Opening a Customer Account
We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require these data to process the contract, handle your contact request, or open a customer account, and you cannot complete the order or account opening or send the contact request without providing them. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing and handling your inquiries. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this statement. You can delete your customer account at any time and can do so either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a function provided for this purpose in the customer account.

Data Transfer
To fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we transfer your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, to the extent that this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the order process, we transfer the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. Some of the selected payment service providers also collect these data themselves if you open an account with them. In this case, you must log in with your access data at the payment service provider during the order process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.

We use payment service providers and shipping companies that are based in a country outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data to these companies is only carried out as necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

Email Newsletter and Postal Advertising

Email Advertising with Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required for this or separately provided by you to regularly send you our email newsletter based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.  
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and can do so either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this statement.

Email Advertising Without Newsletter Subscription and Your Right to Object
If we receive your email address in connection with the sale of a product or service and you have not objected, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar products from our range via email, based on Section 7 para. 3 UWG. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in a promotional approach to our customers, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests.  
You can object to this use of your email address at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided in the promotional email, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

Postal Advertising and Your Right to Object 
In addition, we reserve the right to use your first and last name and postal address for our own advertising purposes, e.g., to send you interesting offers and information about our products by mail. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in a promotional approach to our customers, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.  
The advertising mailings are carried out as part of a processing on our behalf by a service provider to whom we pass on your data for this purpose.  
You can object to the storage and use of your data for these purposes at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below.

Data Use in Payment Processing
If you have chosen to purchase on account, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide the personal data required for the processing of the invoice purchase and identity and credit checks, such as first and last name, address, date of birth, and bank account details, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. The transmission of these data is necessary for us to generate an invoice for the processing of your purchase with the desired invoice processing and to carry out identity and credit checks.

Cookies and Web Analysis
To make your visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, to display suitable products, or for market research, we use so-called cookies on various pages. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Contact Options and Your Rights

- In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, the right to request information about your personal data processed by us to the extent described there;
- In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, the right to request the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us without undue delay;
- In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us unless further processing is required  
  - to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;  
  - to fulfill a legal obligation;  
  - for reasons of public interest; or  
  - for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
- In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data to the extent that  
  - the accuracy of the data is contested by you;  
  - the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the deletion of the data;  
  - we no longer need the data, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or  
  - you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
- In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller;
- In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or place of work or our company headquarters.

Right to Object

Insofar as we process personal data as explained above to protect our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, you may object to this processing with effect for the future. If the processing is for other purposes, you only have the right to object if there are reasons arising from your particular situation.  
After exercising your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.  
This does not apply if the processing is for direct marketing purposes. In that case, we will no longer process your personal data for this purpose.
